Sweet Art Master only accepts product returns on defective products. A product must be deemed defective within 14 days of receiving the product from Sweet Art Master. If this is the case, please contact us first for instructions, then the product has to be shipped back to Sweet Art Master, in which the product will be fully refunded, along with the shipping charges for the return.

Please contact Sweet Art Master if you would like to return a product for any other reasons. We are aware that every situation is different. If items are returned that aren't defective, a 15% re-stocking fee will be subtracted and store credit will be issued. Items must also not be opened or used and the packaging must be pristine.
