If this is the case, please contact us first for instructions, then the product has to be shipped back to Sweet Art Master, in which the product will be fully refunded, along with the shipping charges for the return.

If items are returned that aren't defective, a 15% re-stocking fee will be subtracted and store credit will be issued. Items must also not be opened or used and the packaging must be pristine.
